GUESS Factory, a lower tier brand extension of GUESS? Inc., needed a new branding concept for launch in 2017 that was modern with an industrial "edge", hence the term Factory.  I provided design concepts ranging from packaging, hang tags and shopping bags to hardware and apparel labels.

Through vector logo creation to photo manipulation on product, I created a cohesive brand concept for
presentation in GUESS? corporate re-branding initiative.

GUESS? Inc. re-branding initiative began in 2015 to be carried out in their national launch for 2017.  The objective here was to achieve a more high-end, modern yet minimalistic vibe while preserving key iconic elements of the GUESS? brand.  I assisted the Branding & Licensing Dept. in developing packaging, hang tags, apparel labels, new handbag linings, tissue paper and signature hardware as well as branded products.  

Branding GUESS? product categories, required photo manipulated and designed visual samples, to be used as direction by all design teams and licensees in 2017.  As Design Lead for Gift With Purchase products for GUESS? stores, one of my objectives was to use GUESS? new branding prior to the 2017 launch.

These concepts were applied to product categories, that were then compiled into GUESS? first-ever branding guide. With input from Design Dept. heads to direction from my Branding & Licensing team, I designed this guide as a collaborative effort.  GUESS? new branding guide is to be implemented across all design depts. and with all licensees to enforce consistent branding in all product categories for GUESS? 2017 re-branding initiative.

MARCIANO


MARCIANO, GUESS? higher price point luxury label, began a re-branding initiative in 2016, transitioning from the modern MARCIANO logo to a more classic, serif MARCIANO logo style. This was to differentiate the brand from other GUESS? brands GUESS?, GUESS Factory and G by GUESS.  As design lead for the Gift With Purchase category for MARCIANO under the re-branding initiative, I used the logo in package design for gifting and labels...

...to Gift With Purchase products with the original logo mixed in with the new MARCIANO logo to be launched fully in 2017 (passport and tote banded Gifts With Purchse designed by me, pictured below).

PLATEFIT


PLATEFIT , a new-age, popular fitness chain in Los Angeles, was in need of branding.  
Vice magazine Art Director Dersu Rhodes, brought me on to assist him on the print end of Platefit's branding. 
I designed a branded pitch deck, letterheads, business cards and class pass cards.
